The Warm Training center has for decades provided energy efficiency training to citizens of Detroit. http://warmtraining.org/ The project included a facade renovation, energy efficiency improvements, and planning for an eventual interior renovation and expansion to include a new open office loft. Renewable energy systems are integrated in the new plan, including solar domestic hot water, a 7.5 Kw solar photovoltaic array, and a demonstration 1 Kw electric windmill.
